First of all, I would suggest that whatever you have to say is something that needs to be said. I would also make sure that it is something that is said in truth and not out of anger or emotion. Those things tend to cloud our judgments.
If it is something that is going to be hard to hear, you might think of how you would want to hear it. Of course, the HB does give people a chance to reply so you could clarify what you are saying if need be.
