If your user account is sending spam, there's two possibilities:
1) A virus has taken over your system and is using your user account
2) Someone stole your username and password and is sending spam from his computer.
Run a virus scan on your system and change your account password. If it persists, delete your account completely and create a new one.
If that doesn't help, you probably have a hidden virus that wasn't detected by the scanner.
