Help me not look like a weirdo?

Ok....I really need some opinions on this. First off. I am 25 and in grad school. I work part time as a tutor and recently at a tutoring meeting (one of these things where we all get together and talk about how our sessions are going) I saw one of my coworkers I had never met before and I was extermly attracted to her. I talked to her a bit and she seemed really cool. Anyway after the meeting I couldn't stop thinking about her so...I looked into our old email listserve and found her name and looked her up on facebooks. Ok..so..I find out shes younger than me but has a lot of my interests.The question is..should I add her? I hardly ever see her but have kind of a crush on her. The thing is should I add her or would it look like I am a stalker? I want to ask her out but I never see her and I think facebook could give us something to talk about..so..yeah..what should I do?


Also, if I do add her how do I say I found her? "Oh hey, I looked you up from an email list..." ...weird right?

Yes, weird. You're better off finding her from the tutoring thing again, is there anyone that you might both know that you can find out where she hangs out? You could see her in the building you work if you remember where she tutors. Or just wait until the next meeting.
Reply:No not weird* I would just say...you are interested in getting to know her better and looked her up to add to facebook so you can keep in touch with her more if she would be willing to do that. Just tell her you don't want to freak her out or think you're crazy or anything..you just thought you'd get to know her better as you enjoyed the other night at the meeting*/talking with her. Reply:You'd be labeled a stalker and a creep before you get to even hold her hand. If she is interested she will volunteer this info.
Reply:Sorry but if someone did that to me i would probably have alarm bells ringing just tell her you like her and ask if you can e-mail her much nicer approach good look :)
Reply:i'd stick to seeing her at work first. My current GF and I met at work, and I got her number and dated her a couple times before adding her on Myspace.
